Myself, my two sons, and my brother wore NASA costumes at ComicCon in NYC at the Javits Center. We were a hit, people wanted to take pictures with my NASA family. We were representing, but nobody else at the event was dressed the same. I hope my families appearance brought more awareness to NASA. Maybe one of the kids there will eventually work for NASA and do great things. There are lots of quotes by astronauts, but there is one that really stands out, and that is "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." Really great quotes aren't always used again because they are so associated with a certain moment. I feel this quote can be used again when the first person eventually lands on Mars. Maybe every time a person lands on a planet this quote can be used. Awesome, Fantastic, Incredible quote!!!
